By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
Purchases can be made through direct internet banking and credit card. Guests can make an account or check-out without making an account. Both downloadable goods and physical goods will require an E-mail contact address, and physical goods will require a physical address for delivery.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide correct name, E-mail, physical address and banking details. Tui & Lark Wellspring will not be liable for any losses to the purchaser incurred through incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
All prices are made in NZ dollars and include GST.
All banking details will be confidential and kept secure with ©Comodo Secure.
In the case of multiple purchases of physical goods, additional charges may be requested by Tui and Lark Wellspring, as appropriate to cover deliver costs. Details of the request will be sent to the purchaser via email prior to dispatch of goods.
Downloadable goods are downloadable three times within 30 days, after which time the purchase will expire.
Notification & Delivery of Goods
For email or order inquiries a response time of 48 hours will be in place for initial response. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment to Tui & Lark Wellspring bank account. Delivery time will be dependent upon the postal timeframes to different locations.
International, Local delivery of documents, parcels New Zealand Post will be the carrier and a tracking identifier will be supplied using the www.nzpost/track website.
For countries located outside the nominated delivery zones, please make contact via email prior to purchase and provide details of delivery location, prior to completing online transaction. Delivery costs will be provided via email to add to payment. This will need to be paid via direct credit to Tui & Lark Wellspring bank account prior to dispatch of goods.
Returns and exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges for any products.
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This includes, but is not limited to balms, massage/body oils, bath salts and soaps
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at tuiandlark@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
